Core community rules
- Respect everyone. Harassment, discrimination, targeted abuse and excessive toxicity are not allowed.
- Keep roleplay fair. Do not powergame, metagame, fail roleplay or force unrealistic outcomes.
- Value the scene. Give other players room to roleplay and avoid instantly escalating every interaction.
- Follow staff direction. Staff instructions during active situations, support calls or investigations must be followed.
- No exploiting. Bugs, loopholes, cheats, menus or unintended mechanics must be reported rather than abused.
Roleplay standards
Members are expected to create believable characters, use realistic decision-making and respect department procedures. Scenes should be enjoyable for everyone involved, not just the person trying to win.
Golden rule: if an action would ruin the scene for everyone else, rethink it.
Departments & applications
- Department members must follow their chain of command.
- Transfers and dual-clanning rules may be managed by command staff.
- Applications can be declined for poor conduct, low effort or rule history.
- Command staff may remove members from a department for inactivity or conduct issues.
Discipline process
Staff may issue verbal warnings, written warnings, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans depending on severity. Appeals and reviews can be handled through the forums or future support modules.
